Sleep Therapy

Treatment Options for Sleep Apnoea
There are several effective treatments available for sleep apnoea, depending on your symptoms and the severity of your condition. CPAP therapy is the gold‑standard treatment and works by keeping your airway open with gentle air pressure while you sleep.
For those with mild to moderate sleep apnoea or difficulty tolerating CPAP, alternatives such as Mandibular Advancement Splints (MAS) and positional therapy devices like NightShift can help reduce airway collapse by adjusting jaw position or encouraging side‑sleeping.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) may also be recommended for patients experiencing persistent sleep difficulties.
Our team works with you to identify the most suitable option and provide ongoing support to ensure your treatment is comfortable, effective, and tailored to your needs.

Every patient’s experience with sleep apnoea is unique, which is why we take a personalised approach to treatment.
Our team considers your symptoms, lifestyle, sleep study results, and overall health to recommend the most suitable therapy—whether that’s CPAP, a Mandibular Advancement Splint, positional therapy, or behavioural support such as CBTi.
We work closely with you through trials, follow‑up appointments, and ongoing adjustments to ensure your treatment is comfortable, effective, and aligned with your long‑term health goals.

CPAP is the gold standard for treatment of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnoea. It has changed the lives of millions of patients across the world by restoring their sleep quality, health and vitality.
We offer the next generation of splints through consultation with a specialist dentist from one of our clinics. NightShift is a positional therapy device, which provides a treatment alternative for patients who suffer from positional OSA/supine related OSA.
